3 Places Available Functional Multiplicity Peer Support Group

See goals and principlesof the Support Group

We follow the principles of the Peer Support Charter.

We have three places available in our group currently running on Saturdays at 19:00 GMT.

This group is aimed at people with secondary dissociation symptomatology. This is not a strict rule, just an overall guideline to ensure all members can relate to each other’s experiences. The group is open to all gender identities, current group members include trans and enbies.

We are organising events for other dissociative experiences too. We are willing to start groups as small as just two members so get in touch to give us the motivation to start new projects! .

Group Rules

Additional rules can be added at any point:

  1. No interrupting
  2. Be respectful
  3. No shouting,
  4. Everyone in a collective/system is allowed to take part
  5. IFS-style welcome ritual with a few minutes of meditation to welcome everyone inside
  6. Privacy and Confidentiality: What is said in the group stays in the group
  7. Accept that people experiences are diverse

Topics

We will cover a topic each week:

  • How to handle difficult inner personalities/selves/parts/alters/etc.
  • Anger & PTSD
  • Managing conflict IRL
  • Inner harmony and cooperation
  • Navigating a singlet’s world: communication and interactions
